RMA - Return Material Authorization

Ladies and gentlemen,

We sincerely hope that you are always satisfied with our products. But if you need to return a product, we ask that you observe the following procedure to ensure that returns go smoothly and can be easily tracked.

1. Request an RMA from GEUTEBRÜCK

For returns, please always request an RMA from us in advance.

In order to assign an RMA, we only need some brief details, which you can find in the RMA form.

2. Returning the product

WARNING: It is not possible to process a claim that has not been issued an RMA in advance! The goods must be properly packed. With your return package include the completely filled out, legible RMA form and a copy of the packing slip or invoice. Write the RMA number on the outside of the parcel. Please do not write the RMA number on the original product packaging. Send the return package carriage paid to the following address:

Before returning the goods please contact our RMA department regarding the correct documentation. Make sure, that either our original order confirmation number and/or the relevant serial number is available.
