RMA - Return Material Authorization

We sincerely hope that you are always satisfied with our products. But if you need to return a product, we ask that you observe the following procedure to ensure that returns go smoothly and can be easily tracked.


1. Request an RMA from GEUTEBRÜCK

If you need to request a repair or return an item, please complete the RMA form and send it to:

In order to assign an RMA, we only need some brief details, which you can find in the RMA form.

2. Returning the product

WARNING: It is not possible to process a claim that has not been issued an RMA in advance! The goods must be properly packed. With your return package include the completely filled out, legible RMA form and a copy of the packing slip or invoice. Write the RMA number on the outside of the parcel. Please do not write the RMA number on the original product packaging.
