GeViSoft Interface - OPC Interface (standard interface, industry automation)
Functionalities:
- OPC (OLE for Process Control) is a standardised interface from the industry automation sector and is supposed to reflect a set of parameters standardised for OPC clients.
- Control of MSC is only possible under certain conditions.
- The GeViSoft server realises the following OPC specifications:
OPC DA Server 2.0, OPC DA Server 3.0, OPC Security 1.0. Via this interface the client is informed about all changes to contacts, cameras and systems within the GeViSoft system and, if necessary, it can make changes itself (e.g. close contacts or display cameras). Additionally it can transmit all GeViSoft commands via the command interface into the system.
