Our surveillance equipment products come with a three-year guarantee (with the exception of thermal and PTZ cameras).
Want more? No problem! You can opt to extend the warranty for your security camera system to four or five years and offer full CCTV camera maintenance. Why do we do this? The answer is simple: Because we want to give you an extra level of security and enable you to plan more effectively.
Repair service
We manufacture all of the hardware for our video systems to the highest standards of quality.
In the unlikely event that you’re not completely satisfied or if something goes wrong, we also offer an RMA option alongside our repair service.
