Integration of the Gatekeeper Enterprise Management System (GEMS)® in Geutebrück-G-Core / G-SIM

With this new interface, we are expanding our solution portfolio, particularly for security checks at border crossings, cargo tracking and automated access control, e.g. to critical infrastructure facilities. The integrated analysis functions for face and license plate recognition, vehicle classification, detection of foreign objects on the vehicle underbody and RFID technology combined with G-Core and G-SIM simplify and standardize your customers' security processes.

The Gatekeeper© Enterprise Management System (GEMS)® uses intelligent analysis to capture valuable information at all entrances and exits to a property. It integrates features such as facial recognition, license plate decoding, vehicle classification, undervehicle foreign object detection and RFID technology to facilitate border security screening, cargo tracking and checkpoint security system operations. Via the interface between GEMS and G-Core, analysis results and images are transferred to G-Core in real time for further processing, e.g. for alarm generation or subsequent forensic analysis.

Functions of the interface:

  • One-way export of data and images: GEMS users are offered the option of sending export data and images directly to G-Core. These are provided via configured media channels.
  • Individual event creation in G-Core: Gatekeeper actions allow you to create and manage user-defined events in G-Set.
  • Export of analyzed and non-analyzed images: The export function in GEMS can be used to send both analyzed and unanalyzed images to the G-Core server.
  • Camera configuration and media channels: You can use the interface configuration client to specify which gatekeeper camera sends its data to which media channel.
  • Display IVUS, LPR and FACE data in G-View: The interface creates user-defined events in 
    G-Core that can be viewed and later referenced in G-View.

Supported exports:

  • IVUS (under-vehicle inspection)
  • LPR (license plate recognition)
  • FACE (face recognition)

By integrating the security data and images from GEMS into G-Core servers, users receive a central platform that presents security-relevant information at entrances and exits with all other camera data, e.g. the perimeter. Gatekeeper's intelligent analysis options expand the functional scope of Geutebrück solutions, especially for border protection, freight tracking and access control.
