Business Developement Manager UK (m/f/d)

As Business Development Manager / Country Sales Manager UK, you are responsible for the development and expansion of our local sales activities in close cooperation with our head office located in Germany. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Strategic acquisition of new projects with end customers in the defined target sectors
  • Collaboration and implementation of the strategic realigment of the company in the area of end customer development
  • Target- and result-oriented support of existing end customers
  • Responsibility for budget, turnover and results for your sales area as well as preparation of sales forecasts, planning and reporting
  • Continuous analysis, optimization and expansion of your sales territory
  • Strategic market development including establishment and expansion of our partner network
  • Preparation of quotations in coordination with Geutebrück headquarters
  • Convincing solution presentations to partners and end customers
  • Participation in industry meetings, committees, trade fairs. congresses as well as association activities

Your profile:

  • Master's degree in economics or a technical commercial apprenticeship 
  • Several years of sales experience in the high-class end customer sector and technical affinity
  • You are the "networker" especially in the successful establishment and expansion of end customer networks and see yourself as an entrepreneur on site
  • Practical experience in the profitable development of new sales channels
  • Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package as well as relevant experience with CRM systems
  • Business fluent in English, German and further language skills are an advantage
  • High willingness to travel
