You can register yourself at any time by clicking on “Create an Account” on the Learning platform login page. We will then assign you to an interest group in the background so that you can see the content that is relevant to you.
Alternatively, you are welcome to send your registration request to academy@geutebrueck.com, and we will be happy to create your profile for you. To do so, please provide your name and e-mail address.

Regardless of your level of prior knowledge and practical experience, we will meet you where you are and teach you the content that is relevant for you and your team to use our video solutions correctly and to their full extent. From technical basics to efficient operation and administrative know-how. We generally distinguish between training for technicians/system administrators and users.

An online learning phase at the beginning ensures that all participants have a homogeneous basic knowledge at the start of the training. It also gives you the opportunity to quickly and easily introduce new employees and apprentices to the basic topics of video technology and GEUTEBRÜCK solutions.
 

The live training can take place in person or virtually.

This combination of self-learning phases using multimedia e-learning modules and a subsequent face-to-face phase lasting several days is known as the blended learning method. This way, you experience the advantages of acquiring basic knowledge independently of time and place. You learn when, where and at the pace that suits you and your daily work routine. In the face-to-face event, you will experience the competent support of our experienced trainers and deepen your practical knowledge. This event can take place at our location in Berlin or Windhagen or in the form of virtual participation. The training courses build on each other thematically and in terms of content in a coordinated sequence. We will certify the specialist knowledge you have acquired.

The on-site training sessions that build on the e-learning phase take place regularly at our headquarters in Windhagen or our branch in Berlin. Since 2021, we have also been offering virtual training sessions on request. In these sessions, the participants are connected to the trainer via modern video conferencing technology. In this case, we speak of virtual presence.
 

We can offer regional training or training on your own premises on request. We provide training abroad either through local partners – according to Geutebrück specifications and standards – or through our own trainers.

While the classic division into e-learning phases and face-to-face events meant a distinction between digital and analog, we also offer you the option of purely digital training. Instead of traveling to the face-to-face event, we enable you to participate live in the training using modern video conferencing technology. This way, you can also interact with our trainer and your fellow participants as you would on site. In virtual training, you also have the option of accessing prepared servers and following the steps in our software live.

To book a training course with a virtual attendance component, select “virtual” under “Location” in the registration form. Shortly before the start of the training, you will receive the corresponding access data from us by email.

We will be happy to create a customized training course for your employees on request. This can be implemented, for example, as support during a commissioning. We particularly recommend such training for large-scale projects with a large number of end users and customized adaptations for your solution.

Auf Anfrage erstellen wir Ihnen gerne eine passgenaue Schulung für Ihre Mitarbeiter. Diese kann zum Beispiel im Rahmen einer Inbetriebnahme als Unterstützung umgesetzt werden. Besonders bei Großprojekten mit einer Vielzahl von Endanwendern und individualisierten Anpassungen für Ihre Lösung empfehlen wir ein solches Training.
