Security in Essen is the world's largest trade fair for security and fire protection technology.

From 2024, the topics of civil protection and civil defense will be added as a new focus. The background to this is the current situation in politics, the environment and society, as well as the resulting necessities. The focus of the leading trade fair is on face-to-face discussions about innovations and current industry topics such as cyber security, access solutions, the protection of highly sensitive areas and the next generation of specialists.
