This innovative hotel and residential concept is based on the minimal involvement of personnel. Lobby or check-in are not manned by people - the entire communication including 24/7 helpline, check-in and check-out is controlled and monitored by a video security system.
The project
On arrival, each hotel guest checks in using a terminal, and once the person is identified as a guest, the key card is dispensed. If required, staff seated in the headquarters will assist the guest via intercom and video line. The call and the images of the asking guest can also be redirected to a nearby restaurant, which is also equipped with a GEUTEBRÜCK video system and dome cameras.
