Functionalities:
- Interface handling, identification of available cameras
- Sending a CustomAction from Alwin to GeViScope/re_porter
- Display of live and recorded video (related to alarms from Alwin) completely integrated into the Alwin GUI.
- Requirement: System time of GeViScope/re_porter and Alwin PC has to be synchronized, as the playback of recorded video will be carried out via PlayFromTime
