GeViAPI
GeViSoft Interface - GeViAPI (control of all functions of GeViSoft via TCP/IP)
With this SDK the extensive functions of the Security Management System GeViSoft can be integrated into own applications. It allows simple access to a great number of hardware periphery interfaces provided by GeViSoft (e.g. Interbus-S contacts, matrices, telemetry, operator panels, video motion detectors). The API is a TCP/IP based Client API. Hereby each own development automatically becomes networkable without Low Level Socket programming.
GeViAPI allows, among others, the use of the following GeViSoft functionalities:
- Starting of GeViSoft activities
- Notification of activities or e vents created in GeViSoft
- Control of GeViSoft periphery
- Query of GeViSoft activities and alarm database
- Status queries of individual resources (e.g. allocation status of video screens or digital outputs)
