The variety of possibilities automatically increases complexity. Our solutions also achieve a great deal, but the many possibilities, options and variants for combining hardware, software and setup often require sophisticated specialist knowledge from technicians and users in order to make optimum use of them. But don't worry, you don't have to have everything in your head, because Albert Einstein already knew: "Knowledge is knowing where it is written." That's why we have now collected the knowledge you need to use our systems perfectly in our new GEUTEBRÜCK Help Center.

The extensive knowledge database with convenient search function provides solutions to common questions and challenges. Of course, we are constantly expanding this database. If you cannot find the right answer to your question, you can generate a support ticket with a simple mouse click, which our experts will process and answer as quickly as possible. The interface also provides you with an overview of all tickets, whether open or closed.

For an open exchange of experiences with other GEUTEBRÜCK enthusiasts, there is a forum in the new Help Center that is open to all users: share ideas, receive suggestions for solution variants, learn from the experiences of others, ask for feedback on your topics and questions. We are convinced that the better we connect you, our users, and our experts with each other, the more everyone will benefit - especially our end customers, whom we want to protect together.
