Feature Update - G-View Mobile App Version 1.1.0

We are pleased to announce that today we have released a feature update for the G-View Mobile App in the App Stores. The new version 1.1.0 will be available in the iOS App Store and Android Play Store within the next 24 hours.

The control room in your pocket!

Operators without their own control room, on patrol and in the field do not have easy access to video footage and alarm management.

With the free G-View mobile app, video surveillance is made easy. The user-friendly mobile application provides full access to live video playback and associated recordings. Receive system alarms directly in the app to keep track of them on the go.

What's new in version 1.1.0:

  • Performance and stability improvements
    Our latest version offers optimized performance and an improved user experience, so you can focus on what's important.
     
  • UI/UX design optimization
    We've refined the design and optimized the user interface for a more intuitive and engaging experience. Discover a user-friendly app that integrates seamlessly into your G-Core system.
     
  • Digital Zoom
    With the new digital zoom function, you can now zoom in even closer to the action and capture every detail. Discover a new dimension of observation.
     
  • PTZ-Control
    Take full control in landscape mode. PTZ control (pan, tilt, zoom) now directly in the app. Move your camera effortlessly in all directions and never miss an important moment again.
     
  • H.265 Support
    The app now also supports cameras with H.265 codec to optimize video quality while minimizing file size. Enjoy razor-sharp images with more efficient data compression.

 

The app is constantly being improved and further developed. You can already look forward to the upcoming functions:

  • List with memorized G-Core servers
  • Improved alarm management
  • Display of events
  • Individual layouts
  • Custom buttons

 

First steps:

To use the new features of version 1.1.0, you need at least G-Core version 8.0. In addition, the current version 2.0 of the free G-Core Web API must be installed and licensed for the systems you want to access.

For basic functions such as connecting and displaying the cameras on your G-Core system, you need G-Core version 7.0. In addition, version 1.5. or higher of the free G-Core Web API must be installed and licensed for the systems you want to access.
