Integration of G-Connect / Cargoclix Yard Management System
Technologypartner: Cargoclix GmbH
Integration Developer: Geutebrück GmbH
Integration platform: Geutebrück G-Core
Type of Integration: G-Connect
The integration of G-Connect with the Cargoclix Yard Management System combines modern video surveillance with efficient access and time slot management at depots and logistics centers. The interaction of both systems ensures automated, traceable, and transparent control of vehicle access—from detection to access decisions.
Key features at a glance:
Video-based access control
G-Connect automatically recognizes entering vehicles by their license plate. The system immediately checks whether a valid time slot is available in the Cargoclix system – and grants or denies access based on this.
Real-time whitelist comparison
Cargoclix provides a list of authorized vehicles (including license plates, booking numbers, and time slots). G-Connect compares recognized license plates with this whitelist in real time.
Feedback to Cargoclix
Every detection – including location (e.g., gate position), direction of travel, and access decision – is documented and reported back to Cargoclix. This results in complete process documentation.
Robust communication even in the event of failures
If the connection to Cargoclix is temporarily interrupted, G-Connect continues to work with the last valid data record. Detections that are not transmitted are buffered and automatically submitted as soon as the connection is available again.
Automated yard processing
The integration enables end-to-end automation from yard entry to exit – without manual intervention. Ideal for busy logistics areas.
Typical areas of application:
Logistics centers and freight forwarders
Factory premises with time-controlled access
Large companies with planned goods handling
Industrial companies with delivery traffic control
The integration of Geutebrück G-Connect with the Cargoclix Yard Management System creates a secure, automated, and documented solution for access management at depots. It reduces manual effort, increases transparency, and improves processes in factory and delivery traffic—a real added value for modern logistics processes.
